GRIEF COUNSELING

In our modern society, grief has little room. Mourners are often left to themselves and thus isolated and lonely. The loss of a close-knit person changes one's life. Many things are questioned, and often people affected are trapped in their deep suffering. The loss of a loved one is nowadays considered the greatest stress factor in our lives. In this phase, it is very helpful for many people to be able to experience the many different feelings and to discuss them with a neutral person. SHARE YOUR SUFFERING.

Why Grief counseling is good
Death leaves an emptiness that is noticeable in great sadness. I also had this experience several times in my life. The stages of grief are complex, they confuse those affected and their families alike and can cause great fears. A living not mourning is now considered possible reason for any depression later or a mental stress syndrome (PTSD). Therefore, it is good to know someone at one´s side who listens, supports and accompanies.

Grief is a process. It is important to experience that we are not alone with our feelings and experiences. Through guided conversations, you can talk with me in a protected room about your loss experience, or simply listen to the possibilities of mourning I see for you personally - depending on what you are doing right now. You alone decide.

Passed grief can make a reorientation possible, it can lead us back to life and lead us to new strength and joy of life. The writer C.S. Lewis said in his mourning, "The pain I am experiencing now is part of my unprecedented happiness." The soul cries for what it has loved and lost - and that takes time. For some, this time lasts two years, for others five years or more. There is no guide to mourning, but the certainty that sadness has a healing power for the soul as well as for the body.
